APPROACH
As part of the team at North Kingdom, we worked with insights from visitors of the zoo and made research about the zoo sector and target audiences to uncover visitors expectations, and how technology can be used to meet them. I worked on every aspect of the project and presented the project to the client.
SOLUTION
With a focus on the during part of the experience journey, we have created new digital concepts, and presented a new fun and engaging way to explore the zoo that meets visitors’ expectations and solve the zoo’s issues.
